How to make a new reservation?

Please send the details like check-in and check-out date, number of rooms required, number of adults and children (with ages) traveling, meals required and preferred room category, if any, on reservation@narendrabhawan.com sales@themrsgroup.com or call on +91-7827151151.

How will I get the confirmation of the booking made on the brand website?

Once the booking process has been completed and payment has been made, you will receive the confirmation voucher on the email ID used to make the booking. Please carry this voucher in your phone / print format while checking-in at the hotel.

Which documents should I carry at the time of check-in?

For Indian nationals, photo ID card with address details like Aadhar card, Voter’s ID or Driving License are acceptable. For Foreign nationals, passport would be required for checking-into the hotel.

What are the check-in and check-out timings?

Check-in is allowed at 1400 hours and check-out at 1200 hours.

Who can I inform in case I am checking-in late at night?

Can I request for an early check-in / late check-out?

Early check-in and check-out might be on chargeable basis and the request can be accommodated basis the occupancy at the hotel. You may send the request on reservation@narendrabhawan.com.

How can I make changes to my booking?

My plans have changed. How do I cancel my reservation?

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

If the cancellation is done 45 days prior to the arrival date, no retention is charged. In case of cancellation within 1-45 days of arrival, full retention would be charged.

What is the hotel child policy?

Two children below 8 years can be accommodated in parents’ room without any additional charges, no extra mattress would be provided by the hotel. For children above 8 years, extra charges of INR 3000 + taxes (including extra mattress and breakfast) per child would apply.

How many adults can be accommodated in one room?

Three adults can be accommodated in one room. Additional charges for extra mattress and breakfast would apply for the third adult.

When is the refund issued?

The refund is processed within 45 days of receiving the refund request.

Do you have full on-board meal & stay plans available?

Yes, rate plans with all on-board meals with accommodation are available. You can book the desired plan through our website or send a request on reservation@narendrabhawan.com.

We provide basic WiFi plan on complimentary basis to all our guests.

In case you want to arrange an experience after reaching the hotel, you may speak with our Guest Relations Manager at the Front Desk. Kindly note that certain experiences require extensive preparations and we would need at least 48 hours’ notice to arrange the same.

Does hotel hosts any cultural activities?

We do not host any cultural activities on daily basis.

Can hotel arrange for an overnight desert safari?

The hotel does not have the provision to arrange an overnight desert safari / tented accommodation.

Does hotel organizes camel safari?

Hotel does not organize camel safari. We can recommend a vendor who can assist you with the same.

What are the charges for a pre-wedding shoot?

We charge INR 1,00,000 + taxes including venue charges and one residence room for the couple to stay for 1N/2D.

What temperature can be expected at Bikaner?

In summers, minimum temperature is 28 degrees and maximum is 45 degrees. During winters, minimum temperature is 20 degrees and maximum would be 35 degrees.

We are traveling between October to March. Do we need to carry any woollens?

During October – March, the temperature fares between 20 to 35 degrees. Woollens are recommended during this travel period.
